Beresford Laneway Suite
This laneway suite strives to leverage the site by creating a strict layer of privacy between the lane and the interior space, while allowing for ample natural light to penetrate the facade. This is achieved through the combination of a feature wall which physically separates the laneway from the private yard, and carefully angled louvers that mitigate direct sightlines from the laneway. Select louvers are rotated to ensure the most desirable and private view is maintained from the second floor.
